Rooms

• Room prices are from 2PM on arrival day until 12PM the next day. After 12PM a 50% of room fee must be paid, after 5PM - full room price
  
• Meals not included in the price. Guests have an option to get breakfast and lunch with 15% discount at restaurant "Kapteinis & Grants"
  
• Cost for additional places in the rooms: out of season 3 Ls, in the season 5 Ls per person
• We offer to rent whole residency facility - (includes whole territory, sleeping room for 36 persons) - in June, August, September the price is 450LVL/day, in July - 500LVL/day, in other months - 350LVL/day (additional sleeping space is available for 5LVL/day per person).
  
• In the season form May to September 1^st floor is not rented out seperately
• Sauna: 10 Ls/hour
• Bathhouse: 12.50 Ls/hour (no less than 2 hours)
  Batthouse attendant services - flapping with birch-branches: 2.50Ls from person
• Arrival at Guest House before 8 PM, in case of delay, please inform as by calling +371 3161421, +371 9117510, failing to do so may cancel your booking. If you have informed us about delay, arrival time can be extended till 10:30 PM
• Everybody who resides in the guest house for 7 days and longer receives a 15% discount from the room rent during season and 20% discount during non-season (calendar holidays excluded)
  
• If you are booking rooms for 2 days or more, you have to transfer half of the total booking costs to following bank account:
